Nature of Services

We do not:

All final hiring decisions are made exclusively by the client.

Client Responsibility

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree that:

They are solely responsible for evaluating, interviewing, and selecting candidates
They are the legal employer of any individual they choose to hire
They are responsible for all employment obligations, including compliance with federal, state, and California domestic worker laws

Fees

Placement fees are up to 30% of the candidate’s agreed annual compensation, unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement.

Fees are earned upon successful placement and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

No Employer Relationship

Astrology Matched Household Staffing is not an employer, co-employer, or staffing agency of record.

We do not:

Provide payroll services
Offer benefits
Direct or control the work of any candidate

Compatibility & Advisory Services

We may provide insight using astrology, human design, and intuitive frameworks.

These insights are:

Not guarantees of outcome or performance

Clients are expected to use their own judgment and due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All hiring decisions are made at the client’s own discretion and risk.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from employment relationships formed through our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
Binding arbitration in the State of California

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
