Our Mission

The mission behind Astrology Matched Household Staffing comes from a place very close to my heart.

For many years I was a full-time stay-at-home mom. When I had children, I had no idea how challenging it would be to keep a house clean, raise great kids, be a supportive wife, cook meals, stay healthy, maintain friendships, and handle the endless responsibilities that come with running a home.

My husband owned multiple businesses, and I quickly realized that being the extra set of hands to support everything in our family meant I was working more hours than I ever thought possible. It was, without question, the hardest job I had ever had. The exhaustion and overwhelm were real.

At one point I decided to start a passion project of my own, but after taking care of everything each day, I had no time or energy left to pursue it. I realized that if I wanted to grow, create, and truly enjoy my life and family, I needed support.

This is when I truly understood something important: we are meant to have a village. One person cannot do everything alone.

After much convincing, my husband and I decided to hire a full-time live-in nanny. During the interview process I asked her what her zodiac sign was. She laughed and told me she was a Libra… just like me. As someone who deeply believes in energy and compatibility, I felt our personalities might naturally align.

And they did.

When she moved into our home, it changed everything. For the first time in years, I could breathe again. I had help, support, and a sense of community within my own household.

I would come home to a clean kitchen, dinner ready, and laundry done. Instead of rushing through endless chores, I could spend meaningful time with my children, fully present. My home felt peaceful again.

It truly felt like a little piece of heaven.

I thrive in a clean, supportive environment, and having help allowed me to be a better mother, partner, and entrepreneur. That experience showed me something powerful: having the right support system is one of the keys to scaling your life.

We are not meant to do everything alone. We are meant to build teams and communities that support one another.

This is why I created Astrology Matched Household Staffing.

My mission is to help families find aligned, trustworthy household support while also honoring something I care deeply about … energy and compatibility. When personalities and energies naturally align, the home becomes more harmonious, supportive, and joyful for everyone involved.

What we are building is something truly unique: a service that combines practical household support with thoughtful energetic alignment.
